The Fitness Suite at Montsaye Community Sports Centre offers a modern, well equipped gym environment suitable for all fitness levels. The space features a comprehensive range of cardio machines, resistance equipment, a free weights area, and a functional training zone, creating a balanced training environment for strength and conditioning.

Important Information

Users aged 11–15 may attend but must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+), with equipment restrictions applying as listed inside the gym.

Montsaye Sixth Form students may use the facility during term time from 3pm - 5pm (Monday–Friday) and 8am - 4pm at weekends.
